I am an orthopedic physical therapist with a specialization in pelvic health—meaning I assess more than just your pelvic floor.

Each session is $155 and is around 1 hour in length.

Foundations Pelvic Physio, LLC  is out of network with all major insurance companies.

An out-of-network physical therapy practice does not accept insurance, which allows for transparent pricing and individualized care. Instead of insurance dictating your treatment, sessions are one-on-one, tailored to your full body, and focused on what you actually need. This model removes visit limits, surprise bills, and rushed care so your treatment can truly support your health and goals.

This depends on each individual and their unique needs. I typically begin with weekly or every-other-week sessions for the first three to four visits to establish a strong foundation and start putting the pieces together. From there, we’ll keep an open conversation about visit frequency and adjust as needed. The overall duration of care is entirely individualized—some people find the relief they’re looking for in a few sessions, while others choose to continue long term. We’ll decide what works best for you, together.
